Whitening Sensitive Teeth at Home

Hi Everyone,

Happy Sunday, hope everyone is having a wonderful day. I wanted to share with you the whitening sensitive teeth at-home kit that I started using this week.

Smile to me is very powerful and contagious so I always want to make sure that I keep my teeth healthy and beautiful.

Over the years I have tried everything from whitening paste to white strips from drugstores with little or no results. I was searching for different companies that would have a better solution for whitening teeth.

Three weeks ago Smile Brilliant contact me to try their home whitening teeth kit, so I decided to give it a try and see if this will actually work.

Before I try the whitening process, first I need to create the impression of my teeth in order to start the process. If you want to know more information about this teeth whitening company click here!!

What included in the Home teeth whitening kit?

Along with instructions guides that will help you in how to start the teeth whitening process.

The instructions are very easy to understand and self-explanatory. When I was mixing both gels and took a long time to add it in the tray it got dry up and couldn’t do my impressions. The good thing is the Smile Brilliant send extra catalyst and base gels just in case I mess up the first time (which I was happy about that). Here’s more information to read about when starting your impressions.

Getting the Teeth Impression:

The first step is to complete the consent card by filling out and return the card when shipping the impressions by mail.

Step 2: Mix Catalyst and Base paste

Using one white catalyst and one blue base paste together until it turns all blue. Roll each paste into a ball and smash the two balls together to create a flat saucer. Once the white streak disappears and the paste is solid blue then we start step 3.

Step 3: Place mixed putty in tray

Set the putty in the tray and spread evenly within 30 seconds or less.

Step 4: Make upper impressions

Press evenly into teeth with fingers and press deep enough into the teeth so the materials can flow over the gum lines of the teeth. After a few minutes, then pull down on the tab and gently remove it from the mouth.

Step 5: Making sure the impressions are good

Let the impression sit for 30 minutes and then rinse under cool water. You are going to repeat the same process to make lower impressions.

Mailing impressions to the Smile Brilliant Lab

Now that I’m done with making our impression for both upper and lower teeth, I will need to send my impression by mail with the consent card. Once I get my trays, then I will start the teeth whitening process and show you all my results. This whitening sensitive teeth at-home kit was pretty easy to do especially the whitening part.
